Podcast: So This Is Love

So This Is Love is a weekly podcast hosted by Aaron & Leslie Galvan. Every week, we will be reading from a journal Leslie kept while we were dating. If you’re single, newlywed, even if you’ve been married for years – there is something for everybody.

We hope to inspire people who aren’t married, and to encourage married people to enjoy each other through open communication and laughter.

This week we’re talking about “D” words, specifically, Diabetes and Depression. Leslie has been a Type 2 diabetic since 2008, and Aaron was recently diagnosed with depression in December 2018. We talk about self care, communication, and taking medication. (Take your meds!)
